Scrambler, also known as Kim Il Sung, is a Marvel Comics supervillain, primarily associated with the mutant team, the Marauders.
His mutant ability allows him to disrupt or scramble electronic systems and, more uniquely, living tissue's bio-electric fields. This enables him to induce paralysis, disorientation, or even complete shutdown of organic nervous systems.
Scrambler was a key member of the Marauders under the leadership of Mister Sinister. He participated in the Mutant Massacre, a brutal attack on the Morlock tunnels where many Morlocks were killed.
He has generally acted as a heavy hitter or enforcer for Sinister, using his powers to disable opponents. His ruthlessness and willingness to commit violence have made him a persistent threat to the X-Men and other mutant heroes.
Scrambler has appeared sporadically in Marvel Comics, often resurrected or cloned by Sinister to serve in various schemes and battles.
